Kevin’s ability to read the market and provide solid viable information for sale of our home was vital. We sold our house remotely and Kevin and his agency took care of everything. We didn’t have to worry about organizing all the extras, the touch-ups prior to sale, landscaping and arranging staging, made it so easy. We were able to get a very good sale price at the end of the day and was kept informed along each step that was taken, constantly updated about the house viewing results and finally a sale.
