About us

Crasto Properties is a boutique agency with its base in Robina, which is touted as being the future CBD of the Gold Coast. Its head office is strategically located to service the central Gold Coast and the Hinterland. Since its conception in July 2000, the company has evolved to offer the consumer a real estate option where the client truly matters most. It achieves the best results based on the values of great teamwork, exceptional service and effective systems. The journey began in 2000 with the opening of Advantage Real Estate, an independent office. Within a couple of years, the company grew to a team of 18 and had a strong market share that was achieved by incredible results. In 2003, after being approached by an International real estate franchise, the company took on the dream to run large multiple offices. 2004 saw the opening of a new office in Surfers Paradise that had the capacity of 80 salespeople. The company grew to a team of 40. However, in 2006, due to a change in personal and family commitments saw the directors move back to Robina and change their focus from running large teams to running a boutique business that was focused on their value system. The need in the market for a local company with a focus on being flexible and offer clients old fashioned service and values while incorporating modern day professionalism and technology saw the change of the brand to Crasto Properties.

Buyer in Mudgeeraba

Compare to other properties we had purchased in the past this time was the most relax and stress free one. Kevin knows the property and the area very well which really helped us to make our decision. From the time contract was signed till the day of settlement, Kevin constantly checked on us to see if anything he could do to help making the transition easier. Kevin Crasto needs to be everyone’s first choice when selling! I’ve made a lot of big moves and sold 3 properties in the last 3 years, best decision so far has been to lean on, trust and be guided by Kevin.
