Margaret, recognised what our hopes and wishes were for a new home on our first meeting and had a couple of immediate recommendations, one of which was ideal. Having recently moved to Newcastle, we had been casually looking for a year and actively searching for a couple of months but had been unable to locate a property that would match up with our expectations. Nor had we found an agent that was proactive as Margaret was as she added value to our search by identifying multiple realisitc options. Margaret was also most empathetic when a couple of hurdles arose through the sale process and was a clear and concise communicator. She is a true New Lambton local and a most enthusiastic advocate and guide to what the suburb offers. Highly recommended.

A Stress Free Experience
Dealing with Margaret was a stress free process. We have purchased and sold many homes. This experience was definitely one of the most pleasant. We originally intended placing our home on the market at Christmas, however decided to head off overseas. When we returned COVID was just starting and we were very hesitant about selling in the "predicted" real estate downturn. Margaret assured us she could still sell for the right price. She did not disappoint and the whole process was very straightforward. This was definitely helped by Margaret's thorough knowledge of the local market. She showed the home only to genuine buyers and an offer fully meeting our expected price was forthcoming in spite of the medias predicted gloom and doom.
