Very disappointed in this agent. He had no strategy to sell the house except to urge us to accept offers clearly below the market. In the end we ourselves found a buyer willing to offer a fair price and introduced him to Chris. A very disappointing experience.

We cannot recommend Chris Wilson, and Cream Real Estate highly enough. After our friend needed to go into Aged Care, we were faced with the daunting task of selling her home. Cream Real Estate supported us through the entire process. Cream were able to put us in touch with some fabulous professionals - maintenance, painters, carpet layers and gardeners - who made our friend's home look fabulous - and all the work was done at a reasonable price.
