Chris put us at ease immediately on first meeting and was clear and transparent in relation to Cream Residential's expectations around the sale of our property. He is highly approachable and down to earth with deep knowledge and expertise of real estate in and around Weston. While Jack was primarily responsible for the daily communication with us and clients, Chris worked tirelessly in the background and at open inspections to support and complement Jack's work. They also had by far the best photography and PR of the agencies we looked at; of particular note was their Client Portal, allowing us to stay abreast of all communications with potential buyers in real time.
