Great agent and colleagues
Paul and his team at Dowling have been fantastic easy to work with and capable. I had my properties with MDRE realestate of mayfield and was absolutely treated terribly I subsequently moved over to Paul and sold my last 3 properties with Dowling wallsend and we are still carrying on a good relationship on the management of another property. You can't go wrong with these guys.👍

A little stressful
Paul was easy to communicate and do business with, however we found the exchanging of contracts extremely stressful. Paul had notified us the night before contracts were to be signed that other buyers had shown interest again, at a price higher than our accepted offer, and that if we didn't sign contracts the following day that the other buyers would have their offer accepted. This, we understood; however on the actual day of signing contracts we had undue stress from Paul that we needed to sign when we had done everything on our end to sign and we only waiting on his vendor. Apart from this, Paul has been good and I would still recommend Dowling Real Estate. Thank you.

Excellent Agent

Paul was very helpful trustworthy and good to deal with.
Overall I was pleased with Paul. He was very good to work with and trustworthy. He was timely and did every thing I asked. I paid too much for the property but that was our choice. He looked after the vendor as he should.
