Sale of house in Wallsend
From when we first approached Paul about selling our house I found Paul and his team very professional in their approach. The initial selling price we discussed was achieved and the sale went smoothly. Paul had offered some advice on presentation which we followed and which proved to be successful. I have no hesitation in recommending his agency if you want to sell.

Great outcome for us as the worst client
We were the worst client. It was the height of the pandemic. We were the busiest we have ever been with our family business. Run off our feet day and night for months on end. Add to this the need to sell a family home and navigate associated red tape with aged care. We didn’t do anything normal people would do when selling a home. We didn’t do maintenance We didn’t prepare for sale We didn’t answer agent’s phone calls We were the worst. We did manage to find 10 minutes to meet with the Paul, Ross and the Creative Property team and I assume they likely saw that we were going to be hard work from a long way off. But they got it. We went to the Creative Property team on recommendation of a dear friend who is one of our region’s most successful mortgage brokers - so he knows who is good and who to steer clear of. We didn’t have to negotiate for the right agent’s fees, Creative just laid out their fee structure straight up with the exact rates we were all set to demand. No negotiation needed. So we signed Ross and Creative up to sell the property and duly went immediately back to our hectic mid-pandemic working schedule. All the things we should have been attending to, to maximise the property sale were immediately on the back burner - we just had no time. Not even time to take calls from our own selling agents! We were the worst clients. Rather than letting things slip into idle, Ross, Paul and the Creative team simply messaged and said “we can see you have no time, would you like us to help you make property ready for sale?’. In probably the fastest message in history we sent back a resounding YES PLEASE! Within a day or two we had accepted very reasonable quotes from their trusted handyman to fix up a few things around the property from leaks to painting to gardens. They even looked after dressing up and staging the house with furniture to help it have maximum appeal. In just a few weeks Ross achieved a great sale price for us!

Great attention to detail
Ross's down to earth nature and attention to detail helped us achieve an excellent result on our property. Ross was always responsive to our requests and kept us well informed throughout the whole journey. He has an extensive knowledge of the market and priced our home to suit. We would definitely recommend him to anyone selling their property.

Paul was great to work with!
Paul was an exceptional agent to work with. As buyers, we have been very apprehensive with some agents however Paul was professional, honest and kept us informed throughout the process. He made the whole process very smooth. Even if we had not been successful with our offer I would still recommend Paul. While having the vendors interest in focus he was easy and approachable to work with.

Stress free selling.

He provided an extremely focussed and responsive sales campaign with what we believe was exceptional attention to detail and communication with both interested parties and ourselves.
