If you have not yet picked a Realestate Agent, having troubles with the one you have now or not getting the results you want, than look no further because Jack is the one you want. He expected us to sell in 3 weeks which he changed to 2 weeks (as a challenge) and had a contract within 7 days. From start to finish everything was explained clearly without sounding like a typical agent. No question was too silly or too late at night and every phone call or msg was replied to within minutes. I normally struggle with sales agents, and find they see buyers as $ tags. Jack was the complete opposite. He not only gave me time and space to understand the property I was buying, but also asked me the right questions to help validate if this was the right purchase for me. He did not push his agenda but made sure my needs and wants were fulfilled. If they weren’t he was happy to point me in the direction of other priorities that were not listed with him. Tell me… when was the last time someone advocated I buy from someone else if this property wasn’t for them. That is the character of Jack.
