After having a rocky start in the selling process as I’d originally listed another agent and wasn’t getting results, i felt upset at the time and so I reached out to Kato randomly as I’d seen he’d gotten the highest result for another property similar to mine in a different suburb then any other agent had at the time. Kato achieved the highest result in my suburb to date for a home like mine, he had my house under contract before the first open home and with only having my listing for 2 days (which means he really does have a database of genuine buyers unlike some others that say they do and they don’t) but he also had back up offers as well, Kato was there for every inspection including the building and pest etc so we didn’t have to be & kept me informed throughout the whole process.
