Very happy owner
As an owner of several properties in Newcastle and Sydney, i rate Creer 10/10. Their care is seemless and I very rarely travel from Sydney to Newcastle to check on my properties

Professional Agency
As novices to the world of the requirements to to put a property on the rental market, Creer and in particular the agent we dealt with Larissa Woods made the process seamless. Larissa gave excellent service,great communication either by email or call and met with us to answer our queries and concerns. Professional guidance through the process and referrals to cleaners,handyman,plumbers etc. Larissa worked quickly to get the property on market once we were happy to and again kept the us up to date on who she had shown through the property and the interest. We quickly had a tenant at a competitive rental price.

Our recent dealings with Jess have been an absolute pleasure. She is not only incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, but she possesses great customer service skills and has a wonderful sense of humour. So thorough and professional
I own several properties some of which are "out of area". This is unfortunate as it means Creer are not in a position to manage them all. Creer are, by far, the best agency I have engaged.
