The real estate market has been slowing but Corey was great in getting our investment unit sold after the second open. He negotiated with a few parties and got us a good price. He keep me updated on negotiations and his progress. When we first met with him before we signed with him he was able to answer all our questions & defended his commission rate which I respected. He definitely knows the area well and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Corey sold my one bed unit in Cronulla and did a great job. His communication was great through the process and he kept me informed of any progress but more importantly listened. He was realistic but also achieved above the price I was after. He made the formal side of it easy to understand and painless. Probably one of the most important traits which Corey displayed that is not always associated with Real Estate Agents, was sincerity. This is very important to me and I'm sure others that hopefully have the fortune of having Corey represent them.
