Great Outcome for Development Sale
I needed an agent to handle the sale of a development property in the Sutherland Shire, someone who has extensive contacts and experience with developers and knows how they operate and what they are looking for. I hit the jackpot with Johnny. He worked so hard to navigate me through the complexities of a development sale. I couldn’t be happier with his communication style keeping me and my conveyancer informed throughout all aspects of my sale. He went above and beyond to get us top dollar. I highly recommend him.

Above Expectations
I cannot recommend Johnny highly enough, the advertising, sale process, communication, execution all exceeded previous experiences. The final result was above the area median for our property type and most importantly above our expectation. Flawless process will definitely recommend and use Johnny again in the future.

Johnny was very professional. The knowledge of the property was great, and if he wasn't sure on the answer, he was on the phone immediately getting us the information we needed. Johnny was very friendly and very accommodating towards my mother who walks with a walker, and not once did Johnny rush her! We were all very impressed with Johnny and the team.

From a real estate agent to a person who I consider a brother.
I hired John after I met him when I wanted to sell my property. His no bullshit, honest, no promises no guarantees made me feel I could trust this man In the following weeks leading up to the auction his confidence in getting me the best price possible grew and my belief in his knowledge and experience grew as well. John did fulfil his what he said he would do on the day I met him and got me the best price for my property and I was very happy with the result. He also went on to help me negotiate the new property I bought. If you love dealing with honest hard working people who make you feel you are in good hands? What can I say about Cross Realty and Johnny Zakarian as a vendor? Professional no nonsense approach!

Has never let me down!
Johnny is amazing. Knowledgeable. Helpful. And so easy to work with. We bought our house in Gymea (2019) through Johnny and most recently sold the same house through him. Our purchase experience was so smooth I had no hesitation going with Johnny to sell. Definitely recommend working with Cross.
