Not an easy sale

Janice managed to sell my father's property after his death. It wasn't an easy place to sell due to the bathroom needing a complete makeover and the kitchen in need of some TLC. Neither my brother nor I could be present during the selling process as I live in the UK and my brother lives in Adelaide so we had to trust someone to carry out our wishes. Pleased we found Janice as she secured a sale and kept us informed all along the way - even the bad news which sometimes agents won't want to tell. We may have valued the property too high to begin with - but Janice did sell the property for more than any other valuation from any other agent. Would recommend her whole heartedly.
