Neville was polite, warm and positive.
Neville had the best ‘feel’ for the market value of the house of the agents we interviewed.
Our house was old, showing its age and a bit quirky.
The other agents interviewed were clearly interested in a quick sale and downplayed the house uniqueness going more on recent sales in the area and number of bedrooms.
Neville was more creative, circumspect and ultimately more realistic.
He thought the house would require a buyer of the right ‘fit’ and Neville advised that we should be patient and would achieve a higher price which he said was its correct value.
He was proved to be correct.
We were glad we trusted his judgement.
