I have dealt with many real estate agents in the past - many dishonest, pestering, with poor communication skills, who are clearly after money as their priority. Elissa is a breath of fresh air - she is honest, hard working and was an amazing property manager for us, but who also looked after our tenants too in a professional and caring manner. Elissa is always on top of everything and made sure rent is in our account on time, made sure the property was well maintained, provided regular property updates and supported us by being available and ready to help when we needed.
