Our experience with Harry as first-home buyers was really disappointing. It’s been over a month since settlement, and we’re still chasing the builder about outstanding maintenance issues. We’re still trying to get what we paid for and it’s been such a drainer. In our case, we felt Harry’s support was focused on the seller’s interests rather than helping us as buyers. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend him to other buyers.

I do not recommend Harry. He completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest experiences for our family. From the beginning, we made it clear that we were not in a rush. We wanted our home built properly; all we asked for was honest, transparent communication because our rental was ending and we needed time to make arrangements for our family and young children. Instead, we were given one settlement date after another, with each passing without completion. Each time we contacted Harry, our hopes were raised again, only to be disappointed. We were also disappointed by the handling of the “SOLD” sign. Putting that sign up and capturing that moment as a family was something we had dreamed of. Instead, we discovered online that Harry had already done it for “media purposes” without involving us, robbing us of what was probably our only opportunity to experience that moment ourselves, while he has done it many times before. When the outstanding permit was finally received, we contacted Harry to arrange the final inspection, which had been discussed and confirmed. Despite this, we were later told access was no longer available. We settled that day without a final inspection and have since been left working with the builder to address issues with the property. We understand that delays happen. What we struggled with was the lack of transparency, unreliable promises and the way we were treated throughout the process. Harry has moved on, but our family is still dealing with the consequences. He robbed us of what should have been a special milestone. A disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Where do I start... Harry is the most humble, kindest, hard-working & professional real esate agent I've ever dealt with. He found my dream home after knowing exactly what i was after and didnt stop until he found it. He doesn’t pressure you or make you feel like youre asking for too much. He listens & takes action.
