ST is the ultimate professional with deep knowledge in the real estate industry. His reliability, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated throughout the sale process. He understood our needs from Day 1 and offered his opinion when asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of e.g. ideas on how best renovate our property with which led to the the eventual sale of the property in 4 weeks (quick turnaround especially during the downturn). ST made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. He really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for us. I can’t speak highly enough of him and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The process went smoothly with no real hiccups.
