We where very impressed with how Mark was able to negotiate the final price for us. I have heard a lot of complaints regarding agents who will not really wanting to push for a few thousand as it doesn't impact a lot on their gain. However it was evident Mark was 100% working to achieve the best price for us.

The negotiating skill, knowledge of how to market a property for best results and the promotional methods employed were of the highest standards. At all times the agents worked as a team and worked more effectively than one agent alone. The communication was frequent, clear and respectful. At all times I felt they were working to gain the best result for the seller. I am recommending this agency to my friends and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. The selling price they achieved for me exceeded what I expected by tens of thousands of dollars. The contract was signed 2 days after the first open house with exceptional work by the agents to achieve this. The commission was a set fee , less than that charged by agents using traditional methods and pricing rates. It is a "no-brainer' to use this Agency.
