Mark Lots of people reccon estate agents are a necessary evil that are only interested in a commission and don't do much for their money. I found that Mark was unlike other agents that I've dealt with before, not only was he more than fair with his costs he was more than willing with his time and patience. His knowledge of the market is unsurpassed and his negotiating skills were far superior than other agents that I've dealt with before. He was diligent with his marketing and chasing up prospective buyers and seemed to work 25 hours a day. He not only helped with the sale of our home but guided us through an array of impasses through our move. We had our house on for 6+ months with first for 90 days locked in with Ray White, with no offers, then we went it alone. Although we did have 2 offers they fell through so, having missed two houses we'd ourselves put offers on, we decided to take it off the market over Christmas. When we saw a flyer from Cube we thought we'd set it up for after but Mark suggested an open immediately. He explained his system or databases and digital presence so we went with him. BOOM! We signed up a buyer BEFORE the open, and had a number of offers as backup from only one open. Awesome! If you want an agent that thinks out of the box, choose Cube Sunshine Coast
