I cannot find fault in the service provided by Mark and his team at Cube Real Estate. From the initial contact through to the sale of our house, Mark’s communication skills and professionalism were outstanding. We would have no hesitation in using Mark’s services in the future. Regards Tom and Katrina

We contacted Mark to give us an appraisal as we were wanting to purchase elsewhere. The figure Mark gave us was high and somewhat difficult to believe however we thought give it a go. Mark (S) sold our house in A DAY at a price we would never have expected. Mark filled us with confidence and held our hand through the entire process. Cannot recommended the Cube team highly enough. Thank you Mark, Mark and Kirsty ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had originally intended to rent our home and after interviewing several agents, we decided we would list when ready with Mark from Cube Real Estate - being not too big and not too small, upfront with all expenses with reasonable commissions. As we readied the house, we changed our minds and decided to sell instead - again with Cube with reasonable (fixed) commissions which included photos and marketing. I was impressed with the professionalism of his team and the marketing they did. We decided to style the house and engaged one that was recommended to us--and I was glad we did. It was good dealing with the principal of the business rather than an employee. The whole process of styling, the photos and open house were managed well. There was never any pressure, the team were easy to communicate with, pleasant and sincere. After the open house, Mark sat with us and detailed his follow up process of the interested buyers and the lengthy and numerous negotiations on our behalf. I was impressed. I've sold houses before and no one else had done that. My recommendation - Don't be Square- give Cube a go
