Our first contact with Jody was viewing the Culling Property Group listing on the internet and watching the video of the property. We were both initially impressed with Jody’s professional and friendly attitude. We reside interstate from the listed property, which provided challenging time restrains and availability issues. We followed up with a series of phone calls to Jody to obtain further details and arrange an inspection. Once again, we were impressed with Jody’s attitude and flexibility to accommodate us. Upon meeting us at the listed property for an inspection, Jody impressed us both with her local knowledge of the area and the property. Jody further assisted us with a second inspection the following morning before our departure back interstate, without hesitation. Jody has continued to assist us during the purchase process and has often provided advice and assistance well beyond our expectations. After making the decision to move back closer to home, looking at a lot of properties and meeting a large number of agents, we were very happy to find Jody. We were particularly impressed with Jody's high level of professionalism, her understanding of complex issues, knowledge of the area and her personable, honest and clear style of communication. At the start of our buying process there was a large natural disaster impacting the region, which complicated the buying process and delayed contract exchange. It was a little stressful, but as with all aspects of our dealings with Jody, she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Jody showed genuine empathy and care towards ourselves and the sellers resulting in the development of trust between all parties. Her facilitation of the purchase of farm equipment made our lives a lot easier and she even offered to help us out getting some chooks! We highly recommend buying and selling with Jody!
