We have been dealing with Scott and his team since 2008 when we bought our property from them and used their business to manage the rental of our new home. It's been a real pleasure for the past 14 years to have them take care of all the issues as I have been travelling overseas for a large part of the year and I have not always been able to respond quickly when needed. However Scott and the team always addressed issues with the appropriate urgency and the minimal of fuss to myself. The time came to sell the property and we did not look any further than Scott to see us through this process. The market is definitely changing in the past 4 months or so but Scott was able to achieve a very favorable outcome. In fact I was overseas from the time of accepting the final offer to the point of completion and found this had no impact on making this happen in a timely manner.
