This is the second time we have used Cunninghams and Sam to sell our properties in three years . Sam is the reason I signed with him three years ago over any other agents so when we sold this time there was no question as to who we would use . Sam many characteristics including honesty , reliability , he has a calmness to his nature especially during such heightened stress of selling which I found very important and extremely calming back on my self he also has a lot of empathy and kindness which instantly makes you feel calm during such a stressful time. He was open with communication and always available to talk via phone or email to assist with our questions . He made selling a house and a town house feel almost relaxing ! After our sale Sam continued to assist us with buying our future home . Offering advice and assistance anyway he could . Giving up a lot of his own time . He genuinely cares about people and it shows in the way he does his job . If you are to use Sam to assist you in selling your property you definitely won’t regret it . I 100% recommend him .
