We first met Sam when told of an off market listing. Sam has been great to deal with. As first time buyers we had many questions for him, and he did not hesitate in answering them, even in his own time. We enlisted the help of Andrew to sell our two bedroom unit in Dee Why. From our very first meeting, right through to the signing of the contracts we were continually surprised and impressed by Andrew and his team. Andrew, Sam and Macey all show extreme professionalism and run an extremely tight operation. They helped us organize tradespeople to do some cosmetic renovations to the unit and, what can usually be a stressful experience with timelines blowing out, went so smoothly and everything happened right on schedule!
