It was an absolute pleasure to work with Cunninghams and in particular Ben and Macey. That said the entire team was fantastic. Communication was first class at all times and I was always kept up to date with what was happening. Ben and Macey ensured that it was a stress-free time and any decisions were made easier by Ben's expert knowledge and superb negotiating skills. Well done. I wouldn't choose anyone other than Cunninghams if I am selling in the future. Janet Crealy

The whole process from when I first inspected to the date of settlement was absolutely seamless. Chase, Macey, Sam and Andrew have a winning formula in their team and I totally recommend them to any prospective client 100%. They made my buying process stress free but exciting and kept me informed all along the way. They worked closely with the Cunninghams property management department to ensure i had tenants move in the day after settlement so no down time was had. No wonder Andrew and his team are awarded winning!

Lochlan Macpherson from Cunningham's Real Estate did a great job keeping us well informed with good regular advice and updates with regard to interest in the property. Advice with presentation helped enormously for the open days all of which generated lots of interest from prospective buyers over the four weekend campaign. We are very grateful for the help from Cunninghams in general and Lochlan in particular for a wonderful result, managed with integrity and outstanding market knowledge throughout the campaign resulting in a record sale.

Andrew came well regarded and lived up to his reputation. For us, a good agent is honest, trustworthy and diligent. Andrew ticks all these boxes. From our first contact, it was clear that Andrew knows the northern beaches market inside out. Always professional and approachable, Andrew and his team kept us informed throughout the whole sales process which was seamless. We sold within 10 days with a solid result, well above our expections. Many thanks to Andrew, Ben and Macey for exceptional service and a positive result.

Selling one's home of forty five years is a stressful experience but Lochlan's professionalism and expertise made it a lot less difficult than it might have otherwise been. Additionally his advice as we made an offer on the residence which will become our new home being sold by another agent has been invaluable. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone involved in selling or purchasing a property.
Lochlan Macpherson
We chose Andrew because we had previous experience with him and know him to be a skillful negotiator with a heart of gold.

Kelly was the perfect agent to sell our property on the Northern Beaches, she ticked all the boxes and did everything in her power to get the best result. Her knowledge was top notch and the way she dealt with potential clients was bang on. We loved how happy and friendly she was. Mitch

Kelly was sensational , we looked at the property one evening then straight away the next day kelly called to say wa taking offers pre auction , she had never met us pre that visit but through the next 24hrs of a bidding war which was a stressful time she was professional / prompt and so lovely , we secured the property and she has continued to be all of the above plus so much more , I am a tough critic and kelly does not get one negative thing from me .

Mark made himself so accessible and approachable through the process of finding our house. Finding and buying our house could have been completely stressful, but Mark made it calm and straightforward. We highly recommend him as highly knowledgable in the area, as well as warm and friendly.

Mark and Kylie from Cunninghams were most supportive every step of the selling-process. They not only achieved a most satisfactory financial outcome, they also demonstrated attention to detail and going the extra yards. I recommend Mark and his team most highly.
