Steve and Jodie went way above and beyond in all their efforts to sell our home. They achieved an extremely good outcome for us - selling our home in a matter of days for a price well above our expectations. They did all this while demonstrating outstanding integrity and respect for all parties involved.

Andrew and Cunninghams did a fantastic job at providing advice prior to the house being marketed and during the sales process to ensure we got the best price available.

We met Steve & Jodie when we purchased a house from vendors who used them. All of the Cunninghams team were very helpful, supportive and professional. I would happily recommend them. We were very pleased with the communication during the course of the sale, the willingness to accommodate changes and of course, the sale of our property.

I found Andrew to be an agent who was totally professional at all times. He has a good sense of humour and was always positive encouraging and informative in his outlook. He was also always impeccably dressed. I consider him to be an outstanding auctioneer considering the auction price that was realised on the day for my property. In my opinion Andrew deserves the highest accolades and I would unreservedly recommend him as being an excellent agent.

If you're selling or buying in Fairlight - there's only one person you can go to. Georgi's reputation for delivering results is surpassed by none. But there's none of the sly trickery that is so frequent within the industry - with Georgi you know you're getting honest, reliable and straight talking advice. Despite being heavily pregnant Georgi worked all hours to get the price we wanted and then some for our property. Queen of Fairlight is a very apt and deserved title!

We have used Andrew Lutz and his team; Ben Jones & Macey Nicholls to sell our house in North Balgowlah. They made the decision to sell our home of 14 years as seamless as possible. They are extremely effective as a team, communicate very clearly and provided all the support that we needed to get our house on the market. We are very happy with every aspect of our dealings with Andrew, who used his experience and market knowledge to sell our property with as little stress to us as possible. Thank you !

The whole process was less than three weeks and the house was on the market 12 days and we are delighted with the result. Georgi was warm and engaging in all of our communication and worked hard to get us what we wanted. She clearly loves what she does and we'd definitely recommend her
