Best Ever Agent
It was a pleasure dealing with Cunninghams agent Kylie she was very realistic on the pricing the sale of 7 Laperouse St Fairlight and worked hard to achieve a record price to sell the 2 bedroom home in Fairlight which exceeded our expectations .

As first time sellers in a changing market we were extremely apprehensive about the process of finding an agent we could trust. I highly recommend Ben and the entire Cunninghams team. I found their innovative and professional approach a step up from other agents I have used in the area. Professional and Engaging
We went with Cunningham's for our sale and were lucky enough to have Kelly and Lili as our agents. They were very open and honest right from the start, it was very easy to engage with both of them. We had some improvements made to the unit prior to sale and they project managed the work for us, which obviously made the whole process a lot easier. We feel as though they represented both ourselves and the eventual buyers very well, which is what I believe helps to achieve the best outcome. Their personable nature puts them at the top; we would not hesitate to highly recommend Kelly and Lili as agents, we couldn't be happier with the whole process and the final outcome.
