When searching for an agent I felt they were all pretty much the same, just after the business and will get whatever we get money wise. My main concern apart from getting the best price the market would allow was to ensure the tenants in the property were treated with respect and dignity. This was achieved through Ben's great communication skills and honest chat. I am not one for much peripheral chat and Ben knew that I just wanted honest updates and how the market was seeing the property. When the time came for pointy negotiations with the final possible buyers, Ben was honest with both myself and the buyers and ensured that we all walked away happy with the outcome.

This is the second time we have successfully purchased a property through Steve. Six years down the track and the experience was just as smooth. Steve has a wealth of experience and is reliable, prompt, helpful and friendly. Communication has always been a strong point. He was well informed about his properties and made a great effort to notify us about up and coming ones that suited us. It was very useful being on his database. (NB. I couldn't recommend Georgi more highly. I'd heard she was great but you never know until you deal with someone personally. She's been so patient with me over several years of to-ing and fro-ing about selling my apartment which I've owned for 16 years and was very attached to - and she never once pressured me, just made me feel supported. Although I was highly stressed about the sale as I was building a new home at the same time and on heavy work deadlines Georgi retained her enthusiasm and friendliness. Always helpful and upfront she is a joy to work with - and nothing like the 'typical' real estate agent you hear about. If you want to feel comfortable with a trustworthy agent who is also a great negotiator then Georgi is your gal. We were very happy with the result of our sale.

Georgi helped me through the whole sale process from start to finish. Her local knowledge of the area really helped in understanding all the advantages of living in Fairlight so she could pass these on to all the prospective buyer. I appreciated her always keeping me in 'the loop' so I was confident throughout the campaign. We found Steve and Jodie to be exceptional agents and are so pleased we selected them to handle the sale of our property. Having Steve sell our property felt like working with a close friend. My selling experience with Cunningham’s was amazing. I couldn’t have chosen a better agent. Georgi Bates is number one. I would always recommend her.
