In the selection process we were impressed by two agents in particular. We opted for Steve for a couple of main reasons. Firstly he demonstrated a far superior negotiation technique. We also felt confidence in his assistant Jodie Lynch, and the apparent professionalism of his team overall, including Laura Trew. In the final wash-up, we certainly made the right choice, as not only did the team achieve a great result in terms of price, the feedback along the way was most informative. Overall Steve and his team did a grand job for us in all departments, and yes Steve's negotiation skills were of the highest standard. A very professional outfit.
