The team at C21 have been absolutely fantastic! Right from the open house where we were greeted with happy friendly smiles . Our 3 young granddaughters were with us and were given little gift packs to keep them busy allowing us to freely inspect the property and take in everything it had to offer us. Any questions we had were quickly answered, we felt valued and comfortable, throughout the whole process. Having worked in realestate myself, I understand the challenges involved in protecting the vendors interest and valuing the purchaser at the same time. Jane and Tiffany excelled in this area and as a result both parties are extremely happy with the result! Colin and I are over the moon, our new property couldn’t be more perfect for us. I can't speak highly enough of my experience of Jane's service. Initially she provided two market appraisals required for my Self Managed Superannuation over two years with at the time virtually no expectation of any remuneration....promptly and without fuss. When I was required to sell the property, a DHA house with lease and options for extensions, her appraisal was much higher than the agent proposed by DHA and when an offer was made at the first inspection Jane sensibly, accurately and with integrity suggested that a higher sale price was achievable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jane has honestly been the most helpful and patient agent! We have transferred from SA and the sales process is completely different!
