ANNA WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND DEDICATED TO GET US THE BEST RESULT. BEST AGENT I HAVE EVER USED!

Right from the start of our selling process, Anna clearly guided us as to what was going to happen and when. She started by inspecting the property and giving her professional opinion on a few things that would help in presenting the property in its best light. Then we had photos done. Anna was there on site with the photographer, working alongside him to get the best possible photos. We had to wait for clouds to pass over and that didn't bother Anna. She just said we need this done right. After that we set the price and it was set well above my initial price expectations. Anna reassured me that this is where we should be marketing the property and she was right! It sold after approximately 2 weeks on the market. We were so happy with the whole process, Anna made everything so simple and most importantly, we got a great price, well above our expectations. Oh and one really important thing. Anna held open homes on both Saturday and Sunday of the first two weeks of the marketing campaign. The buyer actually came out to a late Sunday afternoon open as he worked 6 days a week. We negotiated on the Monday and it was all wrapped up quickly. Thanks so much Anna, you are the best!
