Went above and beyond from start to finish

Hardest working agent who has the best interests of both the vendor and purchaser.

After a five-year journey to sell our home, involving four different agents and a year-long break from the market, we feel very qualified to say that Saskia was by far the hardest-working agent we encountered. What stood out most was her determination to find the right buyer for our property, rather than simply accepting the narrative that it was a “difficult market”. She understood that the right buyer was still out there…someone who could see the value in what our property offered and who was both willing and able to perform, and she continued working to find them. Throughout the entire process, Saskia respected that it was our home and ultimately our decision. She followed our lead, listened to what was important to us and never pressured us into making decisions simply to achieve a quicker sale. At the same time, she was always transparent and willing to share her professional opinion, even when her perspective differed from ours. We really valued that honesty and the open communication it created. Selling a home after such a long journey requires far more than simply listing a property and waiting for a buyer. Saskia worked incredibly hard, remained persistent and kept looking for ways to bring the right people and our property together.
