The absolute best!

We recently purchased our new family home through Tim and his team at Cutcliffe. After giving our wish list to Tim he managed to find us a property beyond anything we could have even imagined! We had such a great experience as purchases that we then decided to engage Cutcliffe to then sell our family home. In both buying and selling our properties we were kept updated at all times. Tim's knowledge of the current market and local area was invaluable. Tim, Clayton and all the office team were open and honest with feedback on our sale and no matter how many questions we had we were never made to feel as a bother to them. The purchase price of our new property was fair and reasonable and the sale price we achieved with our home was above expectations. Tim has found us our absolute dream home and we cannot ever imagine moving again, however if we do Cutcliffe will be the only team we use for property sale's moving forward.
