Thrilled with my new house!

Nathan was helpful and easy to communicate with. I found it a bit frustrating that the property was listed at a certain price 'for sale or auction' and after declining my offer of the listed price and not giving a counter-offer the property was then up for auction, with the reserve set considerably higher. Not sure why the listing price was stated in the first place... So I did find that side of things a bit vague and frustrating at such an important time, but all good and I'm happy!
