David walked with me through a difficult time - the selling of my mothers home for her to go into a nursing home - a very emotional time to say the least. David was empathetic, understanding , gently nurturing and guiding through out the whole process and reassured me with the directions and responsibilities i needed to take. He was transparent in all communication and thorough with any information i requested. i valued his professional knowledge and openness in the process, and appreciated the lengths he went to to sell my mothers home to someone who treasured it as much as she did. His approach is always professional and he put up with my frequent emails and phone calls and dealt with them in a diplomatic manner. No phone call, text or email was ever left unanswered - a feat in itself as Andrew was always busy. This is actually our Andrew trifecta - we bought our old home from him in 2013, sold it through him in 2020 and he found our new home ( also 2020 ). All the staff at Dalton’s were friendly and helpful and a special mention goes to Jess who took really good care of us once our sale happened.
