I recently had the pleasure of meeting "John Kerr" at an open house I was viewing. I instantly found him to be very knowledgeable and felt quite at ease with him. I have had many dealings with other agents and in my opinion they are chalk and cheese. "John" has the ability to make you feel very much at ease, which in my opinion is quite rare. I have recently sold my property using "John" and his skills as a negotiator are supurb, with exceptional communication skills, phone calls were answered, and very promptly, this also I find rare today. Anyone wanting to buy or sell would be very much advantaged by securing "John" as their agent. My dealings were uneventful with an amazing outcome. I personally could not recommend him high enough.
