David facilitated the negotiations in a very professional and prompt manner, ultimately allowing me to secure the property before the auction date. David also assisted in negotiating terms that suited both the vendor and myself. David continued to assist the process between the exchange and settlement dates, facilitating requests from myself in conjunction with the vendor. My brothers and I had to sell our family home as mother had to be re-homed at an Aged Care Facility. We fluked a open house nearby where we met John Kerr.
