Right on Point

We contacted Jared as our tenants gave notice to vacate so we decided to sell. He was prompt in inspecting the property and providing his estimate. He used his networks to locate a buyer, market the property to them & negotiate for the price we had previously agreed upon. We were in remote Australia on extended holidays at the time, and within a week of signing the S32 he had a contract prepared & signed by the purchasers. The deal gave us no stress & we received a sale price which exceeded our expectations in a very short time. We have used Jared before & had almost the same experience. We will be using him again in the future to sell further properties.
