Yes, Jarrod is a professional agent, but a client soon forgets that he is a salesman as Jarrod inspires confidence, trust, friendship, warm communication, common goals, and, at appropriate times, shares some of his personal experience as a home buyer. He has an excellent knowledge of the local market and how location in our area affects vendors and purchasers. He presented and explained printed material so that we understood the market in our area, what we were signing up to, and the marketing plan. This was done in a relaxed manner, with no pressure or immediate decision required, and we were free to discuss anything needed for clarification. In our case, he has demonstrated effective negotiation skills. He enabled us to achieve a reasonable sale price in a depressed and downward trending market. Inspections were handled in a non-intrusive, respectful manner, with our complete confidence that at the end of the inspection our home and property would be left secured and as it was before strangers were there. Jarrod is always approachable no matter how pressured he may be and that too builds confidence for clients. There are other comments we could relate but perhaps they can be summarized by this: "If ever we were selling again, we certainly would want Jarrod to be our agent."
