A pleasure to work with

Professional and friendly
I currently have one property with Daring and Young, I know the property is being looked after and I am provided regular updates. The staff and knowledgeable and friendly. The management listen to you. I recommend Daring and Young to anyone looking for a real estate agency who cares.

Excellent Agency.
I have been using Daring and Young for quite a while now, and what made me change to them was that I wanted an agency that had personalised one on one service. You speak directly to your property manager and they follow up any enquiries as soon as possible and keep you up to date as to what is happening. I have no hesitation in recommending Daring and Young as a real estate agent to manage your property.

Great Agency
I have had pleasure dealing with Zoe and Bernie at Daring and Young. Zoe was very helpful and patient with my intial questions during onboarding me as a client. Then she has handed me over to Bernie who has been an open source of communication with tentants and myself. I have heard of horrible agent stories who have not raised concerns from tenants and I am happy to say Bernie (and Daring and Young) aren't one of those. Thanks for the great work guys!

Efficient and kind
Efficient, kind staff who helped make my first landlord experience far less stressful. They are contactable whenever you need them, and help problem solve all the silly issues that arise when you're renting out a home. Would definitely recommend Daring and Young to anyone looking for a property manager who understands your needs, and works with you to get things done.

Outstanding Property Manager
Zoe has been managing our investment property for a couple of years now and she has been nothing short of fantastic. After our property was damaged by tenants she was so helpful in getting the house back up to standard. She liaised with the insurance company, co-ordinated repairs and kept us informed of the progress at all times. She made a stressful time so much easier. Zoe always strives to get the best for her clients. Zoe we can’t thank you enough for all your help. We highly recommended her.
