Highly Recommend

Communication paramount
From the get go both Ashley and Kelsey were always available to us for assistance, any queries we had and feedback from potential buyers. At all times we were kept up to date with everything relating to the sale of our home and changes in the market. No issue was ever too big or small. We felt involved with the process totally. Both Ashley and Kelsey went above and beyond to assist us in getting the best price for the sale of the home. We are very happy with the final result.

Ash & Kelsey are Stars!!
My elderly mother decided to sell her house. She had met Ashley several times over the years and knew he was the person she wanted to sell her house. He and Kelsey showed great empathy to what Mum was experiencing at this time of her life and what she needed - that emotional support for Mum was so much more than Mum and I expected. I couldn't recommend them more. They know the market, communicated regularly, gave the great advice when needed but also always listened to our concerns. They were also a great support to me as well. Thanks Ash and Kelsey! We know we got the best result we could for Mum's property.

Exceptional Agent
From the moment Ash appraised our house for sale we were comfortable and confident he was the agents for us. He listened to all we had to say, gave carefully considered advice on what we needed to do to achieve the best price possible, and connected us with tradespeople to do the work. Throughout the campaign he kept us informed on the positive...and negative feedback from inspections. on the day of auction he helped us set a realistic reserve from the feedback given and the auction result was better than we expected.
