APPRECIATION
WE BOUGHT THE PROPERTY FROM PHIL SEVEN YEARS EARLIER AND HE KEPT IN TOUCH WHILE WE IMPROVED OUR ASSET. HENCE PHIL WAS THE RIGHT PERSON TO ASK WHEN TIME CAME TO SELL. HE MANAGED TO ATTRACT A LARGE NUMBER OF LOOKERS AND TO RECEIVE OFFERS. MOST WERE OPPORTUNISTIC BUT HE PUSHED TILL WE GOT A MORE REALISTIC PRICE. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA, MANNERISM, PERSONALITY DID HELP. WE FOUND HIM HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH US, WHICH WAS REFRESHING AND A CREDIT TO HIS AGENCY. IT WAS LONG WINDED AND FRUSTRATING FOR PHIL AND US .WE'D ALMOST GIVEN UP BUT PHIL GOT US THERE IN THE END.

A wonderful experience during a difficult time.
We can't thank Phil enough for the great work he did in managing to sell our home despite the real estate climate at the time. We were completely under the pump to sell our home by a particular date to avoid a complete financial meltdown. But when the stark reality of the state of the market became evident, what had started out as early optimism, soon turned to genuine fear that we might not achieve the sale at all . Despite this and true to his encouraging word all along that he / we would get the job done, Phil managed to not only get the sale, but a price we were happy with (under the circumstances) and the settlement date we required. Just as important though, he's a ripper guy; we couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Phil
