Phil at Davey is a great agent to deal with and very professional. If you are selling he will get the best price for you. As I was buying I felt he managed to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me which was not ideal. His skills will come in handy when I want to sell in the future. Overall I am happy with my purchase and know that I will get those extra dollars back in value in the future.
