Dirk was the consummate professional. Having clearly understood our objectives, he married them perfectly with the market and present buyers at that time. Clear communication and respectful, highly effective negotiation skills provided an outcome that delivered on all our requirements within the required timeframe.

We were so happy to have someone like Dirk guiding us through the process of buying our first home, as a young couple relatively new to the process. What could have been a stressful time instead became a very special and exciting one, in part thanks to him and the fantastic service we received. He was professional, prompt, and - very importantly - just a genuinely nice bloke. He was a pleasure to deal with and we couldn't have asked for more. We are soooo happy with our new home! Thanks Dirk!
