We initially selected David as he sells so much real estate in Doonan. In meeting him he suggested a price range which he expected our property to go for and gave us examples of similar properties which he had sold recently to support his claims, suggestions and recommendations. We felt confident and supported the entire way through with David and our property was sold in under 2 weeks for the high end of his suggested price recommendation. He sells properties quickly and efficiently as I believe his expectations and knowledge of the market is on point. From the get go, I knew I was in professional hands. Every stage I felt very comfortable and it was because of his team, was competent, committed and the outcome, showed that.
