David Deane are a great and well organised agency always putting the customer first. As a renter, the agency has always responded to all my enquires regarding maintenance and any other issues regarding the property. When my lease ended, I decided to stay with David Deane and move into another rental proper. The transition from one place to there other was so easy, it didn't feel like we had moved. Poorly managed, poor communication skills, nothing was ready when moved in. Had to follow up for a week to get them to finish work that should have been done prior to commencing tenancy. Would not recommend.

Paula and Jo have been awesome property managers and truly go above and beyond and take pride in doing their job professionally. The have been super proactive provided much ongoing advice around getting our house and granny flat prepared for tenants. They deal with everything without any fuss and are great value considering how much work they do. They also found us great tenants for both properties. Highly recommended, and if you have a granny flat particularly don't go anywhere else.
