As first time renters, the task of moving and organising the living arrangements can be extremely daunting. We felt this imposing step of life heavily but David Deane has been helpful and caring in providing us with information and any required assistance. A greatly appreciated service.

Belinda is very good at her job. She keeps me informed at all stages and I believe she has excellent skills for this role.

While my journey in finding a rental property was very painful David Deane staff made it easier than other agents. Always calling to advise me of new properties. And very understanding of my situation and to ensure I was happy with my choice. Thank you to the rental team for helping on this journey

David Deane are a great and well organised agency always putting the customer first. As a renter, the agency has always responded to all my enquires regarding maintenance and any other issues regarding the property. When my lease ended, I decided to stay with David Deane and move into another rental proper. The transition from one place to there other was so easy, it didn't feel like we had moved. Thank you to our property manager Eleesha for her great work in helping us move into our great place. We are so thankful to have a caring property manager that looks out for families. I highly recommend David Deane as an agency.

Poorly managed, poor communication skills, nothing was ready when moved in. Had to follow up for a week to get them to finish work that should have been done prior to commencing tenancy. Would not recommend.

Paula and Jo have been awesome property managers and truly go above and beyond and take pride in doing their job professionally. The have been super proactive provided much ongoing advice around getting our house and granny flat prepared for tenants. They deal with everything without any fuss and are great value considering how much work they do. They also found us great tenants for both properties. Highly recommended, and if you have a granny flat particularly don't go anywhere else.

It is with great pleasure to be writing this review. They're prompt, professional and so easy to communicate with. During the rental application process, I received updates regularly regarding status of my application. Absolutely no issues at all! This is my first time with David Deane, and I'm very impressed!
