From the open house through application process and the final signing of lease the team at David Dean was absolutely amazing. They made us feel like they actually care for us and the welcome to your new home bag was a lovely bonus.

The team at David Deanne Real Estate were amazing throughout our whole application process. We received regular updates on how our application was going, which gave us an added peace of mind. When we had our open house inspection we had the pleasure of meeting Richard. He was very approachable from first contact and made us feel very comfortable to ask questions about the property. From there we applied and within days we were approved for our new rental property! Overall we had the most pleasant experience and would highly recommend David Deanne Real Estate to anyone that is looking to rent or buy a property.
