Mark found the type of property that we were looking for in the area that we wanted to be (not to far from our granddaughter!!) and our offer was quickly accepted. We found that the agent was a bit pushy at first to get the contract signed but then again this was the first property we purchased and thus wanted to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed, ensure that this was the property we wish to purchase.
