Having bought over 20 properties, I am reluctant to give feedback, but the emails keep coming. I don't have a problem with the agents at all. They carried out their jobs in a professional manner, and where extremely courteous. I would purchase from them again, but will look a lot harder at the product for sale. Fully renovated has a different meaning to all of us, as i have found out trying to purchase now on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

We first talked to Mark in April 2014 when we were thinking about selling our home of 36 years. During the following 12 months, he stayed in regular contact, but at no time did we ever feel pressured into making a decision. Mark was not the only agent we spoke to, but his knowledge of the area was obvious, and when we finally put the house on the market, we didn't even consider selling with anyone else. Mark and Naomi were really helpful throughout, giving us good advice and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. And on top of that, they managed to sell our home quickly and for a really great price!

Selling a house for the first time can be an overwhelming experience particularly when it is a home that has been in the family for 40+ years. From the moment I made contact with David Deane Real Estate I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Mark Rumsey. Over a prolonged period of getting my house ready for sale Mark showed great patience and persistence in helping get the property ready for sale whilst never being overbearing or using pressure tactics. At every step Mark showed a genuine interest, communicated thoroughly, kept me informed and put my mind at ease the entire time. When I was able to get the property on the market I was introduced to Naomi who displayed and conducted every interaction we had to the same level of professionalism and respect that Mark had already shown me. Communication was excellent and I always felt at total ease during the entire process. Open homes were run well and in a matter of weeks we had a contract and a very smooth run home to final settlement. My property was not extravagant or at the high end of the price scale by any stretch but it never played a part in the service I received. My entire experience from introduction to final settlement with Mark, Naomi and the rest of the staff felt like I had the most expensive property on the market in their hands. At every stage it was an absolute pleasure to deal with such a professional agency and like-minded people, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
